You are so right @cryptoman, parents guidance in children in health are important. They should be the role model of their kids.

I think 1 reason why children are almost same weight as their parents are because Mother prepare same food for them so they ate same foods.

You're very right on that part.

If the mother only cooked hard boiled eggs, then that is the only food that they can eat. They will be both eating hard boiled eggs then having and getting the same calories thus gaining the same weight.
