Since i don't let my dentist put fluoride varnish on my teeth i didn't have a hole in any tooth for like 10 years.
I always avoided bottled water that contains fluoride too.
As a child i just brushed my teeth with water on the toothbrush because i didn't like the taste of toothpaste.
