All night up & all day down, this has been a part of our lifestyle for so many years now. But, it does not matter what excuse one makes, early morning routines are always better than keeping you up till 2 or 3 in the night. As soon as you will realize and wake up at early hours, you will get to know the difference between waking up early and staying up at night. The default time for our biological clock sets us most active during the time zones of early morning. Now, according to the most successful people, you should wake up at 5:30 am and start working out after which you should prioritize the most important to-do works and keep doing them. A basic morning ritual should look like this –
1. Silence:

6. Read:
Take a motivational novel and start reading it for 15 minutes every day to charge yourself and bring that spin of positivity before getting along with your work. Reading something inspirational never leaves you demotivated.

7. Jot Down:
Start writing down your goals for the day and what you want to achieve till the end of the day. Believe it or not, this ritual is the most powerful of all. Writing your goals down helps you visualize things and also helps you in prioritizing things. It should take you a maximum of 5 minutes every day.
