Do you know how to do Qi Gong shaking? I've found that it's fixed a reoccurring shoulder injury (tendon, ligament and rotator cuff) and joint issues in my hands. I'll make a post about this since I"ve been meaning to anyway, but here is a link for you in the meantime.
Be sure you feel your back and shoulders releasing. The motion is more down than up. It seems indirect but somehow the way these movements unblock the lymphatic and immune systems and activate the circulatory system can work wonders.
