Table salt has only two minerals e.g. sodium chloride while sea salt has around eighty four minerals and may be more, which gives you lot of other benefits.
You could get high blood pressure from table salt but not from sea salt. Sea salt has 85 percent sodium chloride and 15 percent trace minerals like Selenium, Iodine and many others. All these minerals are really important in nerve conduction, muscle contraction and even in just building proteins in general.
Sea salt also helps maintaining PH levels, it's anti-bacterial and helps in muscle cramps.
Table salt is heated at 1200F temperature and also additives are there like anti caking agent.
Having mentioned all above facts, stick to sea salt and you would be fine :)
