Ah, this is not good news Ed. So sorry! What was the outcome after the consultation with the doctor? Being on a wait list won't work. Push the doctors to get it done so its behind you before winter kicks on and you have all those extra things to do...unless you have a holiday you can tack surgery onto and get a few extra days at home to recoup.
