I started walking to work this week. It's 2.8 miles. I've got type 2 diabetes from being fat and lazy. Time to turn that shit around. I'd say pray for my success, but I'm an atheist and don't believe in the "power of prayer." maybe just route for me. Thanks
Perhaps believe in "Mind over matter" then? 2.8 miles aint that far but walking beats driving or taking public transportation. Well done on making a healthy lifestyle change! ;-)
