Today I am going to share with you a simple way to burn belly fat without exercise. Many people over the years have done it the hard way. Below are the things you need to carry out this routine;

2.Lemon orange

This routine will take up to 3 months for best practice but you start getting the result from the Third weeks when you start.
Steps to take to prepare your drink
- Wash the ginger and the lemon orange with water after washing then cut the ginger into little section as shown above then get two lemon orange and keep by the side.
- boil water and the cut ginger together and allow the water to boil for sometime.
- bring a glass cup and pour the boiled water into the glass cup then squeeze the two lemon orange into the glass cup. Your belly fat burner is ready.
How to drink your belly fat burner for the best result
- Drink this every morning after brushing your teeth without eating anything in the morning.
- The time to eat by 12:00 pm.
- after eating by 12:00 pm don’t take any other food like junk food, it’s not healthy.
- Then the next time to eat is dinner, you can eat anything but don’t eat it late anything from 7:00 pm is late.
- continue the above steps for three months.
