Thanks for sharing those inspirational videos. Especially the deadlifting doctor. He doesn't look older than 35. Amazing.

I've done 16 days and I am on LCHF diet, as I was stalling for while, all I can tell you, my body is full of energy and I feel great, will continue doing so, as this is the best we can do to our body, thanks for posting this video, it was great watching it.
you are welcome! how is intermittent fasting working out for you? I haven't done that yet but I have fasted for over 2 weeks a couple of times. I am due to do it again soon. In my case I always see my skin dramatically improve after a few days.
I find it to be harder than described... Feel very hungry on those days. Maybe it's because of the temptation from all the good food around.
In terms of health benefits, the biggest one is probably the weight management. Allows me to eat more on non-fast days without weight gain.
hehe - maybe that's part of why the doctor went to live in a forest :)
i might give the intermittent fasting a go too, thanks for the inspiration.
by the way, i am wondering if you understand why your comments here are receiving so many auto-votes.. Is that something you have consciously set up somehow?
I think it's cos i'm on esteem :)
what is esteem?
that is exactly what I was about to write to you, my skin ( mind you I was born with a rare skin condition) was never better, the level of energy and mind clarity is gone through the roof, I am always doing something like studying and working 2 different jobs (I have many hats on my head I can wear, job wise I meant) and if I have cold or flu symptoms, one day and I am on my feet again without any antibiotics, just home remedies (honey, lemon and cinnamon tea). I feel every time that I am rebooting my all body by doing these fastings (intermittent or 18hours ones). And working in the medical field I cannot disclose this WOE (way of eating) as it is "crazy", well let me tell ya, I am not injecting myself with insulin as I used to 5-6 times a day, go figure.
excellent! i think you have enough scientific study available from the alleged 'voices of authority' to tell the truth to the world.. lol.
truth be told, much of the recommendations of today's doctors are NOT based on sound scientific understanding or research at all - despite their false claims to the contrary.
congrats on your health, none the less <3
