It hurts every time I take a brush stroke the edge bruises my gum. The pain is overwhelming but what is more tormenting is the frequent occurence.
Mouth sores stay ever fresh, and dying more slowly compared to wounds on the outer body.
It becomes difficult to eat good meal and tea becomes the only option, depending on where you have the bruise.
A lot of neighbours and relatives have advised that brushing gently would help, even my mum pressured but I was obstinate. Everytime I hurt my gum now, I suspect karma.
I wasn't obstinate because I am arrogant, but because I don't really imagine brushing gently, doing any justice to my teeth.
It all boils down to having a set of short teeth anyway. The slightest loss of concentration would immediately send your tooth brush off the tracks to bruise your gum.
If you have never been through it, I tell you Its painful.
But I found a remedy for the pains and the sore. It is white magic, herbalism.
All you need is one cooking ingridient {GINGER)
PREPARATION
GRIND THE GINGER
SOAK THE GRINDED GINGER IN A VOLUME OF WATER THAT YOU CAN HOLD IN YOUR MOUTH
LEAVE IT SOAKED FOR SOME TIME, TO EXTRACT ENOUGH OF THE JUICE. ( YOU CAN SQUEEZE THE SHREDS FOR HASTEN EXTRACTION)
*LASTLY, DISTILL THE WATER WHICH MUST HAVE TURNED THE COLOUR OF GINGER JUICE, POUR THE WATER INTO YOUR MOUTH AND HOLD IT AGAINST THE AFFECTED AREA, UNTIL YOU FEEL THE PAINS FADE AWAY.
The pains will be no more and the sore by the next day should be healing quickly.
Ginger would sting a little for the first 10-20sec. It is for a good course, don't spit it out. My junior ones could bare it.
I HOPE THIS HELPED YOU. IF IT DID PLEASE UPVOTE, COMMENT AND PERHAPS RESTEEM IF YOU THINK YOUR FOLLOWERS WILL FIND IT INTERESTING
