Well as you know there is more people drinking coffee than ever and then you have the matcha lattes and the energy drinks and drinking coffee does have it benefits like a faster metabolism and just may lower your risk of Alzheimers disease,but here are some benefits of cutting down or cutting out the coffee altogether well first of all you will have less anxiety like if you feel anxious or you have heart palpitations or worst yet maybe like a panic attacks,then you have the caffeine affecting your sleep you see studies show that daily coffee drinking can cause restless sleep and also day time drowsiness also so here would be best to have your last cup of coffee at least 5-6 hours before bed time to help here.

I am not really addicted to coffee and somehow it doesnt effect my sleep, but it became a habit and a part of my daily routine :D

I was the same but now i drink cayenne pepper with raw honey its really great and very healthy too but i used to drink about 5-6 cups of coffee a day,
