You see less caffeine means more absorption of some nutrients also,the tannins in caffeine can inhibit the absorption of like calcium and also iron and B vitamins,and this is for those who have a high intake of caffeine,so again its best to lower your caffeine intake or quit altogether,and for women going caffeine free can be very helpful you see high intake of caffeine can alter estrogen levels,and a study shows that drinking about two cups of caffeine daily estrogen levels in black and asian women were elevated but in white women there estrogen levels were lower plus caffeine can worsen menopause symptoms also.And you see higher levels of estrogen is also associated with like breast cancer and ovarian cancer but this is not to say that caffeine cause this but gives you some food for thought here.
