Well as we now know potassium p!ays an important role in your health but do not
go crazy all your body needs is 3500-4700 mg per day and if you eat right its very easy to get there im going list foods here with some high potassium and i think you will be shocked ok the first one is bake potatoes with the skin is very high and most people did not know that the baked potato comes in at about 800-1000 mg depends on the size of the potato med is about 850 mg.then we have Avocado comes in at about 850-900 mg again depends on size then we have 1cup of lima beans which comes in with about 900mg then we have Sweet Potato which comes in with about 800-850 mg with the skin on.Cantaloupe which comes in at about 1cup has about 500 mg then we have the Banana which comes in with about 400-425 mg then we have spinach and kale which both have some real good numbers 1 cup of cooked spinach or kale have about 800-900 mg,and then i found that and small can of tomato paste organic has about 5servings in that little can which is 6 oz has 2000 mg wow so i use that in my food now there many other foods that have potassium in them i just covered some of the very high ones.
