Plus kale is very high in minerals also like calcium which the body uses for your bone health plus kale is also high in magnesium which most people do not get enough of you see magnesium is used against type 2 diabetes and also heart issues too,plus kale has potassium which is needed to help with things like your blood pressure and to also help to lower your risk of heart issues too,plus there is one big advantage kale has over most other leafy greens like spinach is that kale is low in oxalate and what this does is prevent minerals from being absorbed into your body,you see most of what kale offers most people in the western countries are lacking like potassium and magnesium which are very important for good over all health.
