Pomegranate smoothie

Well this is maybe one of the healthest smoothie, very simple 1 frozen banana cup up 1cup of berries like blueberries or blackberries or what ever berries you like,1cup of yogurt and again your choice i like banana cream yogurt, now you can add 3/4 cup of pomegranate juice,and if you like maybe some raw honey again i use LR rice raw honey very good honey.I use 2 tablespoons of raw honey try it you will like..
