Being fat is nothing that we are by choice, I was above my ideal weight 6 years of my life, weighing up to 100 kilograms that by my height was quite weight and I looked obese, try many diets, spend a lot of frustration , everyone pointed and told me what to do and what not, as if it were so easy.

Something that I consider really strong, is the fact of going to a nutritionist, and that this gives me a list of everything I should eat from next Monday, so nothing else, wow, change a food habit overnight It's easy, beyond that although I tried, who could go in those moments when I could not stand the urge to eat, a nutritionist should also be like a psychologist that you can call in case of emergency, because for those who we want to lose weight, these are moments of emergency.

Later on in other post I will comment on how I managed to lose 30 kilograms in 4 months approximately and without going hungry, many will say that it is a lie or that it is impossible, but simply, adapt what we call diet, to everything that I liked and not to what someone told me, eye is very important to follow the guidance of a nutritionist if you do not have professional knowledge about food, but there are certain foods with which we can play and exchange according to the nutritional values ​​that have one or the other. Among the different things that helped me were the following.

1- Motivational videos and testimonials from other people who happened or were going through the same thing as me.

2- Stop buying clothes forcing me to have to use the same or the little that I had left over and over again, so as not to make my physical condition more comfortable.

3- In the moments that I was motivated I wrote letters to myself for when I wanted to decline, to be able to listen to me talking to me from the deepest part of my heart, it would be impossible for me to bother with myself for telling the truth, or at least I would know that is a lie.

4- I started to go to bed early and get up early too, to cook my children or do anything that would distract me, consequently my days started to be more profitable and I felt more energetic.

5- Very, very important, I had food always prepared in this way I did not eat other things when I was hungry.

6- I made a trap to myself, when I wanted to eat something I should not, I said to myself, ok if I'm going to eat it, I did not say no not to suffer, but what I did was eat first the food that I had already prepared and after doing it or my hunger was removed or what I ate was not in the same amounts as if I had not eaten healthy before, this way I did not say no to myself at any time , and although it seems silly, it worked and it took away the trauma of telling me that I can not eat this or that.

7- I started to exercise little by little, but really very little by little, if I only had 5 minutes of exercise a day, for me it was very good, taking into account that before I did nothing, 5 minutes was more than good, this way the next day I was not dying of pain, and little by little as I was feeling the time was increasing, as I left feeling comfortable, and this prevented me from demotivating.

8- I did not go to weigh me, until I reached the figure I wanted, no matter how temptation killed me, I came to the conclusion that it would be motivational to weigh me up only the first week that enough liquid was lost, then it would be more and more difficult , so the results week after week were going to be lower and I did not want that psychologically unmotivated me.

9- Do not look to compete with anyone, not even with myself, just said, I will try every day to eat in the best way possible and exercise as much as I do happy, without pressing.

10- Although it seems crazy, I went shopping and I bought all the clothes in sizes smaller than mine, to force me down and to spend my money on clothes that I decided that I would have to serve yes or yes.

11- Work my mind and my motivation, I began to appreciate what I am and to love myself, although this is one of the most difficult things, because the motivation can be great, but it can last minutes or even seconds.

12- I began to socialize in other places, I joined new activities, I started to leave the house even if I felt lazy, although I do not think staying at home is one of the worst things that can be done, it is better to look for something to do, Go out, take fresh air.

13- I started doing everything in the day so that I was adding up little by little, instead of using the elevator I went up the stairs, or walking instead of taking the bus, for example.

14- Always look for what to eat that I liked and preferred to eat the quantities I would like of healthy food to never feel hungry.

15- I marry lentils and oats, they were my biggest ally.

16- And other things that in other post I will comment, each of these points will be developed more deeply in my next post, and I will have more details about my experience.

After I lose 100 kilograms to 70 kilograms and last as long as 3 years, I have increased again, I currently weigh 82 kilograms and I look a little fat again, but I will assemble my current photos and publish what I will do, to lose weight again , and I will show the changes that I have every week.

It is important to clarify that there is no single way to lose weight, that will always depend on the metabolism, motivation and lifestyle of each person, stress is one of the factors that most affects weight loss.
