There's been a massive game of deception in the field of nutrition that's been played upon us since most of us have been born. I've had people close to me die of cancer recently and I see other loved ones suffering of kinds of ailments. Doctors only have remedies to numb the pain or prolong the inevitable, prescribing drugs that lead to side effects and diets that continuously promote the underlying problem.
The source of nearly all health problems are coming from the food. The agricultural and pharmaceutical industries have unified in a collective to augment our perception of our natural way of living in order to mutually prosper financially. I don't have proof that it was intentionally constructed from a dark origin or if it evolved into the highly interconnected beast that it is today by just basic greed, but its undeniable its tentacles run deep into every major institution of our lives. From public school, to university, the mass media, sports and entertainment, back to your family physician. The propaganda of the protein and meat religion are so ingrained that's its almost social execution to bring up the topic.
This documentary goes into it in full detail:
It's are entire system has been infiltrated. The research we've been fed has been a lie funded by meat and dairy companies for their own vested interests. It's perplexing that other humans could have such a disregard for their fellow kind as if their off spring and later generations wouldn't be affected.
I came into this article some one posted from the International Society of Sports Nutrition trying to debunk a plant diet.

What this person failed to do and what most of us were never taught to do was that you must always first and for most check who were the sponsors of ANY research paper you ever read. These are just a few of ISSN's sponsors:
Pronative -- Whey protein producers
Essentia -- Protein Advocate
Glanbia nutritionals --- A cheese company !
Hologic -- cancer detecting equipment and testing !
Muscle Tech and GMC -- supplement peddlers
Creapure -- Creatine
Friesland Campina -- Milk
Kemin -- ?? Mystery company akin to Monsanto. Very vague in what they do "They improve lives"
DMV -- These guys sell strands of proteins in mass to producers
I think its safe to say that all these companies are expecting a return on their investment.
I've encountered a lot of hostility with this topic and you will too if you choose to share it and that's perfectly understandable. Coming out of dark into the light is blinding at first. It hurts the ego to know you've based so much of your life on a lie, especially those that have really studied the body and nutrition. But in the end the truth is always more liberating.
