In this interesting challenge he gave me a great idea to play with some delicious flavors and include some vegetables as part of a healthy dessert that is a cake of auyama and cucumber with a chocolate cream without glucose. I hope it is to your liking, since it is a great combination of flavors.

Ingredients:
• 1 mature medium boost
• ½ kilo of cucumbers
• 3 Integral wheat flour rate
• 1 sweetener rate
• 1 spoon of vanilla
• 2 tablespoon of baking powder
• ½ water rate
• 100 grs of chocolate without sugar
• 100 grs of butter without salt

Let's go to the preparation:

The auyama is placed with ½ water in a cooking pot for a space of 25 minutes.
The blender and the cucumbers are brought to the blender with the milk rate, the butter that has previously been mixed with the sugar. The mixture is placed in the blender with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, until they are joined and a homogeneous and thick mixture is formed. Add the 3 rates of wholemeal flour and beat until a mixture ready to go to cooking.
