I know that most of us associate the dessert with something very sweet or with a lot of flour that will make you leave the healthy routine, but it is not like that. Actually there are nutritional versions that make them suitable for any healthy diet
The difference between the usual and healthy desserts is the way to prepare them and the ingredients we use. Let's put aside butter and refined flours and welcome fruits, milk, vegetables, nuts and seeds. We will have lighter and delicious desserts.
