Just like regular health checkup, eye-checkup is also crucial to ensure good health of your eyes. Most of the vision problems arise due to negligence towards eye health. Even if you feel, you have an excellent vision, eye-test is must for the well being of your eyes. Not necessary, you need to get an eye-check up only if you face some vision problem, it is recommended annually or every two years.
