There should be nothing more important then exercise in our life but still we ignore it being honest even i do ignore it but from last 1.5 months i am taking it serious without giving any reasons ..
Same here sir.. I also joined gym six month ago and I only go 3-4 days a week. But from last 4 weeks I am going regularly and doing workout.. It feels fantastic..

Yes bro, in this busy life we never think about our health.. Try to do atlease 10 min of normal exercise... And you'll feel the change...
