- Eat Organic

Eating good food gives your body fuel and nutrients to work efficiently; without proper nutrition, you'll feel tired, sluggish, and lack motivation. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, lean protein, and seafood. - Get some sunshine
Sunlight is the best way to improve mood and boost vitamin D levels. If you live somewhere with cloudy skies, try taking a walk outside and look up at the sun. Even if it's just a few minutes a day, it can make a big difference. - Sleep
Sleep is important for a number of reasons, including helping us recover from our daily activities, feeling refreshed, and being able to think clearly. To ensure your sleep is restful, follow these tips: Avoid caffeine and nicotine before bedtime, and don't exercise right before going to sleep. Also avoid watching TV or using electronic devices too close to bed time. Finally, keep your bedroom under stable temperature and dark. - Exercise regularly
Exercise helps burn off stress, boosts immunity, and burns fat. Try walking, running, swimming, biking, dancing, and doing yoga, and find something you enjoy. Don't worry about how much weight you lose, just do what works for you. - Have fun
Having fun is great for your mental health. It keeps you happy, reduces stress, and makes you less likely to engage in negative behavior. So, whenever possible, put down your phone and go out with friends.
