The bike mount is not included, unfortunately, but I think it's not really expensive. You'd need to get a chestband if you want to also measure your heartrate when using the bike mount ofcourse. Wrist HR is built-in.
I suppose it is also possible to connect with some cadence sensor.
I'm looking for something to have on both bike and for hiking. And as far as I've checked some Garmin model would be it. Plus you get quality with Garmin that's sure.

Yes it feels decent and also pretty easy to work with. It should be compatible with all sorts of Bluetooth and ANT+ sensors, including cadence.
