I Love Exercising, These are My Frequent ones

Hi Steemit!

After many days of rain in Bangkok, finally this bright sunny day is today, so I am full of energy

If you have read my recent introduction post, you will see that I have started my first full time job. My body has changed a bit from all the meetings, and now I need to come back in shape and I used that body.

My  goal is to bring it back! I think that if I do not get much discipline  about taking care of myself, then whatever work I am constantly doing  will be lost forever.

These behaviors work so well for me, in any way it will not work for us because our bodies are different and work differently. But if you find it useful, then I am more than happy to be happy with this journey with my fellow Steemit.

That's why I listed my routine and habits below when I was in my best!

1.Never Over Eat!
The main thing to be in shape for me is that sometimes never. I realized that I can not have an attitude that "it's okay I'll do it later". No .. No! My body did not do that! I worked hard, if I put too much food in my body, then I am growing sideways.

2.Sleep Early!
One  other thing that was really important to me is that I do not stop for a  long time when I am late then I am hungry and I bend towards carbs at  night ... even if I am very good during the day If  I used to eat food at night, to reduce the healthier food and ratio,  then my body started to change negatively after some time. Apart  from this, to wake up the initial forces, to wake me up, who create me  and walk my body early in the day and burn more calories. I think this is because I am a kind of person who is more productive in the morning, so when I wake up I get more active

3.Drink Water!
It was one of my mistakes in the beginning of life. I did not drink enough water for this thing that once I was unconscious due to dehydration. It was a horrible experience. I thought if I do not drink so much water then I will lose more weight. Wow I was wrong, I did not have the energy and was very weak all the time. One  of the disadvantages of the modeling industry is that at some point in  some of us, we try very hard for a point that it is unhealthy. In my case, there was no potable water!

Exercises
I love this exercise, these are my frequent

1.Thai Boxing
You do not know how Thai boxing changed my body. When I used to bowl one hour a week, then I was in my best shape, x times four times in a week. Here are some training places for people using Thai boxing as an exercise platform rather than training for the competition. By  the time I was graduating from the University, I had to face many days  and the best decision I made was joining the Thai boxing gym. I actually went in and I was used to going 3-4 times a week. During that time I felt very good and did not eat as much as usual

2.Walk Fast + Running
Actually I was working 4-5 days a week. If I did not bash, then I would run the gym or walk. This was an easy exercise for me because I like to hear good music and if I thought I was going for hours. 

3.Squats and Sit-Ups
I try to set these everyday x 3 times

I was able  in this body because I had so much time ... everything takes some time  now in my life I have more responsibilities and I get less time to  exercise. But I can adapt with my experiences and make it more balanced to make myself a happy and healthy person.
