How to stop smoking using menthol candy

Smoking is an addiction to some people and it can cause harmful effects to our health.
Smoking kills. So lets get to the point of stopping this habit of yours.

Quitting on smoking practice

Before we start quitting on smoking there are several things we must put in mind.
First self Discipline, since we are in a process of quitting smoking we should considering a complete discipline in ourselves.
Second step by step because we just don't quit or tell our selves to stop smoking it will do negative effects to our bodies, we should do it step by step.

But first let me tell you a quick review of this article , first I'm not a doctor second I'm just a stranger you happen to do this in the past and overcome it.

To help you stop smoking also you should chew a menthol candy or snowbear and drink water, this is usually the method i use to forget smoking.
since the menthol together with the water make your smoking tasteless and you don't even want to smoke 1 either.

So lets begin to practice quitting smoking by adjusting the cigarette sticks that we smoke, meaning if you often smoke 10-20 cigarettes a day then we should lessen it by slowly cutting it by 2's each day until you can only smoke 1 cigarette a day.
So its up to you to decide which method you use to stop smoking.
And one last thing If you really want to stop smoking then have a self discipline.
