The one I found is specifically for cleansing/detoxing the gut. It’s consists of 3 days drinking a prebiotic shake like spinach, berries, kale, apple cider vinegar, plant protein… followed by a probiotic. Afternoon: Berberine, l-glutamine and light lunch like melons or veggies. Dinner veggies with grain and take a multi-enzyme before each meal, a magnesium before bed and lots of water and lemon water.
I think your melon cleanse sounds great too but maybe a little too ambitious for me just yet. I eat pretty well but know that my gut needs a reset.
