I enjoyed the post. Bananas have a lot more health benefits than I originally thought.
I am concerned about the amount of sugar that is in our fruits though. People usually do not see this as a problem because fruits are usually seen as containing "natural" sugar. However, we need to keep in mind that the food we eat, including the fruits, were selectively bred for so many years that they are far from what they originally looked like in the wild. One of the things they have been selectively bred for is sweetness because sweetness sells.
I believe it is healthier to reduce the amount of fruits I eat and eat more vegetables.
What do you all think?
