So thankful for this post! I hate that people consume such high amount of processed sugars, and other foods in general for that matter. People don’t believe when I say I don’t eat any sweets in reference to treats made with artificial sugar. Whenever I have a sweettooth, I always turn to fruit. I just started using agave, and I love it! The flavor is almost like a roasted mapl syrup :)

You are right, and the way our body reacts to natural sugar is completely different... Well, its the food from the source so :P
