Yes, swimming is better on joints. Do not run on concrete, after a while it may wear down your cartilage and may cause damage leading to osteoarthritis later in life.
Really...I always run on concrete. I will try in the woods next time. Thank you
preferably grass or soft synthetic tracks. Make sure you have proper running shoes ;)
At least I always get proper running shoes
