A few years ago I made some effort and I managed to stop eating sugar at all. I spent most of my time eating fruits and refusing to eat any kind of sugar related food.
The only thing I can say is that for around 3 months, I felt amazing. I was exercising, I was eating healthy, I felt healthy, and I slept better.
I regret stopping because of too many things to do. I was so busy for a while, that I just had to stop eating healthy and stop exercising, in order to focus only on my work. I ate everything that I had close to me, and everything started going bad. My diet started being horrible once again.
I may start eating healthy again soon, and try to go back to the diet I had a few years ago. I miss that kind of life and the constant energy I had.
