We have many home-made remedies and concoctions in Malaysia. These traditional health recipes are usually passed down from family members and community. This is one I've had since childhood, Chinese grandmothers say this drink helps with weight loss. There are however, many other health benefits.
Ingredients.
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Virgin Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tsp
Raw Honey - To taste
A dash of pepper
Instructions.
- Add half a cup of warm water to the Turmeric, Virgin Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Add honey and a dash of pepper to the mixture.
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Enjoy warm or cold!
