Health is wealth. I have to add with that. I believe that Team recreation would also help to have a healthy individual. Empleyee most of the time get stressed from work and the organization fails to execute one of the most important activities it should give to the employees and that is "Recreation activities" Team building would help every employee get less stress and create a better teamwork.
