I have not eaten a pear in a long time and I love the taste... great post .. I will have to go get some pears and put honey on them. The ones in your photos look cooked. Do I need to cook the pears?

    Thank you. you do not need to cook it. but it will be softer if cooked.

    thanks for getting back with me .. I bought 2 organic pears yesterday and I have honey from my friend's farm.
