@hafez, I think the way my skin looks is genetic but I read not eating refined foods, junk food, pop, alcohol, and lots of sugar can improve all the bodies systems functions including the skin, which is the most significant part of our immune system. I also read that intermittent fasting is tied to living longer and staying young looking. However, I practice intermittent fasting for my fragile immune system.
