@panditsaurabh, I had to learn how to place my mind correctly as part of my long term health plan. That's why I meditate, letting go of harmful habits and building positive habits go hand in hand with diet and exercise. The body is always changing, so I see my health plan as fluid, I hope I can adjust wisely as I age, that's my main worry.

No worries ma'am take baby steps. Have small small goals about your health like weekly goals. Exactly it's gonna be a long term process. In our country 'india' there are four happinesses and health comes on top.
