Glad you're on the mend. And now you're out the other side I guess losing all that body fat is at least something positive.
Sounds like plyometrics/ yoga/ or some form of static gymnastics might be good for you, none of which stresses the airways.
I can imagine they'll be a lot of people in chuck out mode right now, as they'll be a lot of sorting of shit going on.
I wonder what the resale market will be like after the crisis? Could do quite well too.
I completely agree on the fitness recommendation. I'm a day or two away from starting to use some light bands and maybe some squats without weight just to see how it feels. I need to make sure that I don't get winded or feel any stress from it. I really need to use my muscles though. I can't stand being unable to be active, but it's best to be safe until I'm confident that I can start pushing myself.
As for the resale market of free inventory, I can play with the prices if the economy dips and still make out well. I'm barely spending any money, so it's all scaled accordingly and comfortable for such a minimal amount of concentrated effort.
Ahh I've got a set of resistance bands, I'm a big fan, they're just so versatile. They're big amongst people who work in international shipping you know!
I can understand that frustration. At least all those minor muscle tears and strains would have healed up during your enforced rest. We've all go them, and most of us need something to force us to rest up properly.
