Hi i'm a junior in highschool all my life I've been this scrawny dude who could barely lift a couple of pounds. Well there is a weird trick that you can use to gain a large amount of muscle is a short amount of time. This trick is called multiple nuclei training. And you may not have heard of it because it requires quite a bit of digging to find. Multiple nuclei training is working on the same muscles for a extended period of time. Now you may have heard that muscles will start getting smaller after prolonged use of that muscle group. Well yes and no,you see if the amount of protein and calories you consume is less than what is needed to repair the damaged muscle fibers then the muscle will get smaller yes. However if the amount of calories and protein are enough to repair the muscle then obviously it will get bigger, but you can speed the process up if you increase the amount of cells in the muscle by working on the same muscle groups daily. Make sure you also get plenty of rest to ensure your body goes into an anabolic state. This type of training may also help those who are used to endurance training as the muscle fibers that respond to that training are type 1 or slow twitch muscle fibers. By doing this type of training you will be using more of the type 2 or fast twitch muscle fibers which repair quicker than the slow twitch muscle fibers.
