And in the other direction, having a healthy mind helps us feel physically healthy as well. When considering ourselves as one system instead of a combination of mental and physical, we can appreciate the interaction is what we are experiencing in the moment. We have a lot of power to impact our quality of life and achieving what each of us individually considers to be good health, great news!
