How to take care of the eyes and the skin around the eyes

To combat the traces of aging, many women spend an incredible amount of strength and money.

  • Wrinkles in the corners of the eyes, dryness and overwork of the eyes;

Aggravating factors: old age, stress, anxiety, insomnia, alcohol abuse, dehydration, strabismus.

Treatment: Avoid chemicals to remove makeup and thick heavy eye creams. Remove makeup with a cotton swab dipped in a simple vegetable oil.

Moisten two cotton swabs in cold milk, rose water, fig juice or juice squeezed from mint leaves. Put tampons on your eyelids and lie down for 5-10 minutes.

Put crushed mint leaves on the skin around the eyes and lie down for 5.10 minutes.

Before going to bed gently massage the skin around the eyes with saffron or almond oil. Exercise daily, described on pages 160-161 (blinking, covering your eyes with your hands).

Nutritional supplements: before dinner and dinner, take 2-4 grams of ginseng in tablets or powder.
