- Carefully brush if you do consume starch. If you consume starch once in a day, brush your teeth twice the next day! If you consume starches multiple times in 1 day, then brush your teeth multiple times the next day!
- If you’re eating starch, floss your teeth. You may wanna floss your teeth if you’re eating very fibrous vegetation or highly fibrous fruits.
- Do not use mouthwash. It’s useless.
- Do not visit the dentist. They’re going to give you some bad advice...
