I was even looking for a diet to do, or because I want to lose weight but because you are so cool and seem to know what you're talking about! I'm vegan and have been for almost two years but I still feel like I could do better. I cook from scratch every night, pretty much, and try to avoid processed foods but... I'm still not as healthy as I think I could be. Excited to give your recipes a go!

@robiul985340, I will start posting recipes this coming month, I used to post a lot of food articles but my art and other projects took over my time. Right now I am taking a break, for vegans I will include supplement information. A plant-based diet does not have certain essential vitamins we need to maintain a healthy body and mind. I would suggest you see a good nutritionist that specializes in vegan diets.
