Is this post serious? I have a few remarks concerning your health claims.
First of all, I have never heard of detoxing of the thyroid gland and only a minority of people suffer from a slow working thyroid gland. That number does not explain the 30% obesity rate in the USA and Europe.
Second, the brain is protected from toxins by the blood-brain-barrier, and also onions do not increase oxygenation of the blood. As a young healthy person your oxygenation should be 99-100%.
Third your kidneys and liver do not need a break from detoxifying the body, it is their primary function.
Fourth, the GI tract has several systems in place to defend the body against toxins, there is no research available which proves your statement that onions enhance detoxification of the GI-tract.
Fifth, tar from smoking can only be excreted from the lungs by coughing. Tar does not travel through the lung cells into the blood. Smokers lung will be full of tar till they die. Onions do not enhance lung function in smokers. The only way to prevent further deterioration of the lungs is to stop smoking.
Sixth clearing of blocked sinuses by onions has never been proven. Again the sinuses have their own defense against toxins, bacteria and virus.

General remark: Ingestion of large amounts of onions and garlic has shown in mice studies to have minor beneficial effects on the immune system attributed to the anti-oxidants. And finally there is no such thing as absorption of nutrients through the feet!
