Benefits of Ginger

I LOVED IT...!!

It is somewhat spicy but together with turmeric is another favorite ally that I consume, the days that I am with colds, sore throats and muscle aches I drink this infusion ... there goes the recipe ... boil water like one cup,cut 3 tiny slices of ginger, squeezing half a lemon add a small spoonful of cinnamon and honey, let stand for 5-8 minutes and ready... sounds strong .. but you know ..just I'm feeling like new ... in my home there are less decongestants and syrups bought .. back to remedies of my grandparents its giving me results ...

Yeah definitely healthy drink... Personally i drink it a little bit stronger (more ginger and chopping). But if someone isn't used to it would be better to start with lesser ginger 🙏. Cheers
