I have been loosing 1lb pr day by drinking wheatgrass juice powder mixed in water for 35 days. I have 20 more to be at my goal. I only snack on a blueberries and nuts a few times a day then have spinich salad in evening. Started working out and walking for the last twenty pounds.

Have lost 35 lbs so far. In 35 days. The wheat grass juice powder is full of nutrition so it satisfies your hunger and you don't feel like eating as much. Another thing I found is if you eat slow you your brain will have time to know when your stomach is satisfied. Most people eat so fast they don't know when to stop. It looks like I will have to jog the last 20lbs off. To this point I have not worked out very hard to loose but it is dropping off a little slower now so here comes the road work.
