Everyone has been disturbed lack of sleep or difficulty sleeping, but usually only temporarily. This disorder is a big problem if it happens every night for a long time, and constantly because of health that is detrimental to the physical and the soul. Everyone has different sleeping needs. While the human sleep patterns are generally 7-8 hours every night. But there are enough people with only 4-5 hours sleep every night. Insomnia does not mean how long to sleep, but rather lead to sleep quality.
Symptoms of insomnia are usually characterized by:
- Difficult to start sleeping and for a long time can not close my eyes.
- Easy to fall asleep but always wake up too early and can not sleep anymore.
- Often awake at night therefore it becomes sleepy during the day.
Usually the cause is: The brain is too tired, because of fear, the presence of neurological disorders, and age, a crowded and uncomfortable environment for sleeping, stress at home or at work, anxiety and depression, lifestyle changes.
Solutions
Good sleeping habits, trying to sleep at the same time every night, make sure the bed is comfortable and the desired room temperature, do not think about problems and everyday activities, light exercise in the afternoon, do not drink too much coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes at bedtime.
