Drinking water is very beneficial for our body. Drinking water is okay with body temperature and our body does not survive the germs of the disease.

Water is life. Drink water enough all the time. Insufficient taking water can also lead hypotension, renal colic caused by renal stones, weakness and headache.

I'm curious as to what you base this comment on:

  1. Causes Weight Loss

By drinking water human body loses the bi-products and fats from the body. It raises the level of metabolism, increases the natural appetite and removes the calories!

There are 2 wrong points on the list.

  1. Water does not cause weight loss.
  2. Yeah water is needed to flush out the toxins that are filtrated out of our blood.... But it really doesnot matter if you drink 2 liters a day or 5 liters. The human body tries to hold on to as much water as it can. And if you drink 5 liters instead of 2, the toxic "stuff" will just be less concentrated in the urin.
