Extra fat such containing food such as butter, cookies, margarine, sour cream and above all, fizzy drinks only make it worse for you when it comes to health! - Make sure you balance your meal with protein, carbohydrate, vegetable, fruit and some dairy product every day.
Work out for a Healthy lifestyle:
Clean eating is the first step to improve your health, followed by an active lifestyle including exercise and jogging every day! It may sound impossible with your busy routine as a parent, but if you are willing, you can take an hour out every day to give your body a boost of confidence. Try taking your children out with you to the park. Let them play while you jog around the track of the park and pull some stretches to relax your muscles.
Why You Need to Stay Hydrated
Many people are aware of the fact that water is the most important fluid needed by the body but unfortunately, not many people are aware of the reasons which make it an essential drink to keep the body running. Parents command their children to keep drinking water as a habit. However, they don’t give it much consideration for themselves. With such a hectic and busy routine in today’s world, parents usually only remember to take their tea or coffee every day religiously, the rest is only ignored. Keeping one’s body hydrated has a greater impact on the body than one can imagine. Here is how water can help you stay healthy and fit:
- Hydrated Skin:
Many nutritionists suggest that a person should drink at least two litres of water daily. A hydrated skin does not only glow but it also takes cares of wrinkles, acne and marks on the skin. A healthy looking skin adds freshness to your face making you look younger and beautiful at all times! Make it a habit of drinking a glass of water every two hours whether you are at home or at work. - Strong bones and Joints:
Many people find it hard to believe that water can actually make your bones stronger by adding more density to it! Moreover, water also takes the responsibility of protecting your joints. The fluid that guards your joints contains water and once you run out of it by excessive sweating, you get dehydrated and losing the fluid causes the joints to stay unprotected and fragile. - Mental and Physical Health:
Most of the people associate water with physical health only. However, staying hydrated also promises efficiency in brain function including improved memory. Dehydration, on the other hand, causes a severe headache, distracting you from your work throughout the time until you take measure for hydrating it.
- Digestive System:
Constipation is yet another problem that can be solved by proper water intake. If you often feel constipated and feel very uncomfortable because of it, try increasing your water intake. Keeping your body hydrated also means that the metabolism of your body is normalised and whatever food you take is metabolised without any disturbance in excretion.
Simple Steps to Stay Hydrated!
You can stay hydrated by keeping the following points in mind at all times:
- Get a bottle for yourself that you can take with you anywhere you go. Make sure it's filled again as soon as you run out of the water. Making it a habit of carrying a water bottle with you will be helpful in staying hydrated at all times.
- If you don’t feel like having water all the time, you can add a pinch of lime to it, just for taste.
- If you are ready to workout, don’t forget to drink ample amount of water before you start. It is advisable to drink water during the session and after the workout session as well.
- Start your day by drinking water followed by fresh juice.

Good post! I absolutely agree with what you have laid out. Our food supply is bankrupt of nutrition and is polluted. I have changed my lifestyle over 5 years ago and recently found out that I'm 20 years younger metabolically by taking a DNA test. http://jayc.clkpfct.com/go/telo123 It is never too late to create better health, you just have to be disciplined.

most healthy food is fruits,,,,so far i now if you consume or eat fruit at night and your stomach ache,,,that indicate in your body somuch poison
I did a gluten-free diet and it helped improving my digestion, but sometimes I felt quite... unsatisfied and hungry even after eating a lot. I have researched the topic and found out that one should be careful with gluten-free diet, if he does not know how to replace the nutrients such as iron that you can find in bread and other gluten products. (You can lose hair when not having enough iron). Currently I eat gluten, but less than I used to and I feel good. It is also a good point to replace (at least partially) white bread with the dark one I believe.
Great article...Love to know how you are boosting!
Everything looks soo yummy delicious and healthy here....a healthy lifestyle is really very important thank you for sharing with us.
All the money in the world is worthless without having good health. People often focus more on financial wealth and completely ignore the importance of healthy living.
Would you say avoiding Gluten should be recommended across the board even without an allergy or celiac disease? Gluten gets a bad rap these days, but is simply protein found in wheat/grains. Recent harvard medical school study found individuals consumed the lowest levels of dietary gluten had a 15% higher risk of heart disease. per http://www.bmj.com/content/357/bmj.j1892
very interesting in reality we are a product of what we eat, the basis of all treatment the beginning of many diseases come from food, so we must maintain an adequate diet and select foods according to their nutritional contribution, sometimes we choose for cost and not by properties that is the true value.
Well after reading all the recipes for cakes and icecream on here, this post was a breath of fresh air which I needed. Thank you.
Great post! I know for a fact I don't drink enough water so thats something I need to work on for sure, as well as healthy eating. What do you think about food delivery companies such as Hello Fresh and Blue Apron?
Great post dude, People are currently forgetting the importance of eating healthy, believing that eating healthy is only for athletes is wrong, maintaining a proper diet helps a better lifestyle, including a routine of exercises also helps. If my comment is not enough I invite you to enter my profile, read my post, do the test and see how even your way of breathing changes, I repeat, great post dude!!!!
Great post :D We need to remember that the present moment it's a perfect time. :D
I think you are pointing out something very important! Also what you are suggesting is really good but I wouldn't agree on the point meat and juice. For that I would say eating fresh fruits is way better then drinking juice. Maybe once in a while a juice before exercising but not more. The same for meat. I wouldn't really recommend eating meat or fish every day. But besides of this two things I would agree with you :D So great post !!!
