Salt is a beautiful compound regardless of its source. Whether from the peak of the Himalayas rock mountain, or depth of the ocean floor. Salts in all realm of a living being is an indispensable companion. For example, the cells that makes up the human body, bone density, even normal functioning of the heart needs constant salt supply for proper circulation and blood sugar stability.
But when does the intake of salts goes wrong and possibly becomes a liability to the body system?

"Table Salt" Facts:
Table salt is a combination of Sodium and Chloride ion, and sometimes could be fortified with Iron and Iodine. It is manufactured by heating Natural salt from the sea floor or from the rock mountain @ 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, then it starts to lose the attached element most of which are naturally occurring form of sodium. >Salts keeps us hydrated, balances the body sodium-potassium ratios as well as controlling the electrolytes level in the body.

It also boost the formation of digestive enzyme and juices that helps the body system.
And most importantly Table salt is considered a good seasoning agent.

Effect of too much salt intake ; Increases blood pressure Leads to chronic imbalance such as diabetes, gout, and obesity. Unfortunately most processed and packaged food are extraordinarily rich in high quantities of salt which can as well result in swelling at some targeted point (mostly joints) in the body and over time major liver, thyroid and kidney problems, development of goiter, hypertension, heart disease, water retention, stroke, Heart failure.

Moderation should be our watchword.
It is not until you taste salt before you believe you are eating salt.
