Yes indeed my friend. Like most of the stuff in our cluttered lives, the less we use them, the less dependent we become on them. And I will be suggesting exactly this to my group next week... daily walks in the sunshine without glasses or sunglasses. Simple as that! Just go for a walk :) Many thanks for the positive comment.
