4 boiled eggs, 1 beaf steak, 1 jug banana shake, it was my daily diet. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner is not included in it.
Ditch the eggs & the steak. And increase quantity of bananas. Mono meals are very effective as a means of delivering nutrition. And breakfast the most important meal ;)
